Entry, entry deadline, entry fee

All the information required has to be stated in the application form, which may be downloaded here. While filling out, please use block capitals, and write legibly.

Entry deadline:

14th June, 2010 (This is also the deadline of paying the entry fee.)

Entries will be confirmed by not later than 30th June, 2010.
If a group cancels its participation after 10th Jule 2010 no refund is possible. In this  case we will not transfer back the amount paid (entry fee + 25% advance of the accomodation and board fees).

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Teams required a visa for entry to Hungary have to obtain a valid visa and all other necessary travel documents in due time in advance. Application of teams failing to prove the possession of required travel documents, including a valid visa, 30 days ahead of the start of tournament will be denied.

The amount of the entry fee is:

* In case the entry fee is paid by 15th March, 2010.

Important!

That teams those who doesn't require our accomodation and meal service have to pay 100 Euros / team technical fee in excess of the entry fee. 

 Notice!

The organizing committee will organize a drawing among the teams at the VIP dinner where:

- a team wins 100 % reduction of CELL-CUP 2011 entry fee
- a team wins   75 % reduction of CELL-CUP 2011 entry fee
- a team wins   50 % reduction of CELL-CUP 2011 entry fee

The prize can also be transferred to another participating team!

Participation conditions

Teams are required to pay 120 Euros as a deposit, which will be refunded  ahead of the departure in cash or if it is not possible, we will  refund after departure to a given address or bank account within 8 work days, in case no damage was made at the place of accomodation.

Teams have to bear costs of travelling, accommodation and board only. Shuttles to match locations will be provided by the organizers.

Teams are asked to pay 25 % of the price of accommodation and board together with the entry fee by  14th June, 2010.
