ENTRY FORM

Entry deadline:

17th June 2013 (This is also the deadline of paying the entry fee and 25% of accommodation and board fees.)

Entries will be confirmed by not later than 30th June 2013.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Teams required a visa for entry to Hungary have to obtain a valid visa and all other necessary travel documents in due time in advance. Application of teams failing to prove the possession of required travel documents, including a valid visa, 30 days ahead of the start of tournament will be denied.

The amount of the entry fee is:

  • in case of one team:       140 euros,
  • in case of two teams:      260 euros,
  • in case of three teams:    380 euros,
  • in case of more than three teams: 120 euros/team

 

The organizing committee will organize a drawing among the teams at the VIP dinner where:

  • a team wins 100 % reduction of CELL-CUP 2014 entry fee
  • a team wins   75 % reduction of CELL-CUP 2014 entry fee
  • a team wins   50 % reduction of CELL-CUP 2014 entry fee

The prize is transferable.

 

 

Participation conditions, important notice:

If the participation at the tournament is cancelled no later than 11 July 2013 50% of the amount paid (i.e. entry fee plus participation fee advance payment) will be refunded. If the participation at the tournament is cancelled beyond this date, 11 July 2013, no refunds will be made.

Teams are required to pay 120 euros as a deposit for each team, which will be refunded  ahead of the departure in cash or if it is not possible, we will  refund after departure to a given address or bank account within 8 work days, in case no damage was made.

Teams have to bear costs of traveling, accommodation and board only. Shuttles to match locations will be provided by the organizers.

Teams are asked to pay 25 % of the price of accommodation and board together with the entry fee by  17th June 2013.

 

 

Important notice!

The members of those teams, which do not request full board, must purchase the  CELL-CUP 2013 registration card in addition to the entry fee, since only this will entitle them to participate at the festival. In lack of this they may not enter the courts and may not take part at the festival's programs. The registration card must be requested on the entry form and can be obtained upon arrival in the registration office.

This does NOT apply to members of teams who request full board, since the participation fee includes the CELL-CUP 2013 registration card as well.

The price of the coded CELL-CUP 2013 card: 10 euros/person


The card holder may access the following services:

- play at least 5 matches,

- participate at the opening and closing ceremony and the finals in the Veszprém Arena 

- participate at all programs of the Cell-Cup club,

- receive all discounts listed in the Cell-Cup 2013 program booklet

- travel on Cell-Cup shuttles to match venues

DISCOUNTS:

After each 15 persons in a team 1 COACH may participate at the festival FREE OF CHARGE. Example: ( 16+1 ,32+2, 48+3, 64+4 etc.)

16 persons: 1 COACH free of charge

32 persons: 2 COACHES free of charge

48 persons: 3 COACHES free of charge, etc.

NOTE: Since the tourism tax is applicable by the law, this must be paid by all participants above the age of 18 (regardless of the type of accommodation), including coaches whose participation fee is waived by the organizer.

Tourism tax is not included in the participation fee. Each person above the age of 18 years is charged  2 euros per day.

Subject to free capacity we can accomodate parents, friends and other companions upon request in the types of accommodation listed above. For those requesting accommodation apart from the team we can make special offers as well. Please indicate such requests on the application form.


Board starts with hot dinner on 11 August 2013 (Sunday) and ends with cold lunch (package) on 17 August 2013 (Saturday).

  • The high school hostel offers 3 and 4 bed rooms.
  • The university hostel - completely renovated in 2009 - offers 2 x 3 person units.
  • The modern HOTEL MAGISZTER (hostel) offers 2 person and 2 x 2 person well-equipped apartments with bathroom and a kitchenette.
  • The accommodation in classrooms is offered in schools close to match locations.
  • Board is provided at the accommodations.
  • A majority of sports halls and the city center is within a 10-minute walking distance from the accommodations.
  • Special coaches are provided to remote sports halls and the ones outside of Veszprém, departing from the STADION parking lot.
