ENTRY CONDITIONS AND FEES
REGISTRATION AND PRE-PAYMENT
You can register your teams by completing the online form. By filling out and sending the team registration, you declare that any data provided on the registration form is true and accurate. By registering, you accept all terms and conditions of the participation and regard all provisions as mandatory for yourself and every member of your team.
ENTRY DEADLINE: 24 th June 2019
Teams need to transfer 25% of the participation fee (costs of accommodation and boarding) along with the entire amount of the entry fee (see below) as pre-payment by no later than 24 th June 2019. (Please see the conditions of late registration below.)
Entries will be confirmed by no later than 5 st July 2019.
The outstanding amount of the participation fee (plus the costs of any additionally ordered optional services) has to arrive to our bank-account by no later than 09 th August 2019, or to be paid on arrival at the time of registration in cash.
Please note that international transfers may take up to several days, make sure to plan your transfer accordingly. No payments are accepted after the start of the tournament. In case of any unsettled payments, registration of the team is denied, and the team will not be allowed to participate in the tournament.
Please also make sure to transfer the exact amounts. Due to local billing and taxing rules, the organizers have no way of refunding any overpayment.
AMOUNT OF THE ENTRY FEE:
* The discounted entry fee only applies if the registered teams belong to the same club, it cannot be combined for teams of different clubs.

If participation at the tournament is cancelled by no later than 12 th July 2019, 50% of the amount already paid will be refunded. Beyond this date, no refunds can be issued.
The organizers accept late registration, but a +50% surcharge on the entry fee applies. In this case, however, we are unable to provide any discounts (including the 15+1 discount detailed at each accommodation types or the redemption of previous year's Cell-Cup lottery discounts (see below), etc.).

CELL-CUP SILVER/GOLD CARDS
All participants need to hold a CELL-CUP 2019 Silver or Gold Card which entitle its owner to participate in all programs of the festival.
Participation Fee (costs of accommodation and meals) contains the price of a CELL-CUP 2019 Silver Card. In order to use Cell-Cup Bus and Shuttle services however, please note that CELL-CUP 2019 Gold Card is needed. Upgrade your card selection at the time of registration accordingly (only the price difference between the two cards shall be payed).
Participants not requesting accommodation and boarding need to purchase their CELL-CUP 2019 Silver/Gold Cards separately, in addition to the entry fee.
In the absence of the card, players cannot enter the game venues and cannot take part at the festival's programs. The preferred type of cards shall be indicated on the registration form and can be obtained upon arrival in the registration office.
Every participating team is required to pay a € 120 / team deposit, in cash on arrival, which amount will be refunded before departure (at the time of check-out) in cash, in case no damage at the accommodation, game locations, or at any other tournament locations was made by the team or its accompanying staff and fans. We are not able to refund the deposit after departure. In case of any damage, the estimated value of the caused damage will be deducted from the deposit.
IMPORTANT VISA NOTICE
Teams required a visa for entry to Hungary have to obtain a valid visa and all other necessary travel documents in advance. Click here for more information. Participation of teams failing to prove the possession of the required travel documents, including a valid visa, 30 days ahead of the start of tournament will be denied automatically.

After registration and pre-payment, you can manage your team through the online My Team Info system. (Upload team members' data, update the number of participants, follow the costs and outstanding payments).
